All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the record in light of the relevant legal principles, the court below’s finding the Defendant not guilty on the ground that there was no proof of the crime regarding the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bribery) concerning Defendant A and B among the facts charged in the instant case and the offering of bribe concerning Defendant C, and the receipt of property in breach of trust concerning Defendant A and B and the receipt of property in breach of trust concerning Defendant C.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of finding facts against the rules of logic and experience or by misapprehending the relevant legal principles.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
