A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has become a legal spouse by filing a marriage report on June 10, 2013, while living together with the victim C without reporting the marriage with the victim C, from April 2012.

1. Around August 21, 2012, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective injury with a deadly weapon, etc.) : (a) under the influence of alcohol in the Defendant’s residence located in Guro-si, Sinsi-si, and (b) took a breath to the Defendant’s victim living together (the age of 41) who did not properly arrange for the house; (c) stated that the victim “weet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet swel sweet swel swel swel swel swel swel swel swel swel swel s.).
