A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person who has received a notice of convening a meeting of social service personnel shall comply with the meeting within three days from the date of the meeting.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as a person subject to the call-up of social service personnel, did not comply with the call-up notice issued by the Incheon Special Metropolitan City Gwanak-gu Military Manpower Administration on May 16, 2017 through the “National Love e-mail” without justifiable grounds within three days from June 22, 2017, which is the date of call-up.
