A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 01:30 on October 201, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc.) (the Defendant: (a) boarded a F taxi driven by the victim E in front of the D farm located in Busan, Busan, and went to a destination; (b) fright the victim with a trial fee without any particular reason while drunking the victim; and (c) fright and fright of the victim who drives the said taxi as a drinking, and (d) fright the victim’s breast and fright to a mobile phone

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.

2. Around 01:50 on February 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) assaulted the victim E in front of the public service center of the Busan District Police Station, located in Busan District, Busan District, 408-4, on the ground that reporting the damage under paragraph (1) to a police officer from the victim’s chest on the ground that the damage would be unbured; and (b) assaulted the victim’s chest on several occasions on the ground that the victim’s chest was carried into the public service center, and carried the victim’s chest on three occasions on three occasions, 4 to five occasions, and the part of the head on one occasion by a hand who is sped about the mobile phone.

The Defendant, at around 02:05 on February 9, 2014, on the grounds that reporting damage under paragraph (1) to a victim E to a police officer within the public service center of the Busan Jin Police Station, such as paragraph (2) and paragraph (2) on February 9, 2014, by the police officers and civil petitioners working therein, on the ground that it is bad and bad to report the damage to the victim E,
