1. The Defendant’s KRW 48,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from September 23, 2015 to September 30, 2015, and the following.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The statutory interest rate under the main text of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., of which the statutory interest rate is reduced from 20% per annum to 15% per annum, is partly dismissed as the provision on statutory interest rate under the main text of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is enforced from October 1, 2015.
