A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year, and imprisonment with prison labor for five crimes as stated in the judgment, for each of the crimes of Articles 1 through 4.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On April 14, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months in the Gwangju District Court's branch for the purpose of fraud, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 22, 201.

1. Around July 2011, the Defendant, who had a sexual traffic business establishment, such as a massage place, was urged to report his/her business of sexual traffic by phoneing to a sexual traffic business establishment such as a massage place, etc., thereby raising money to a sexual traffic business establishment in order to attract money to sexual traffic business establishments.
Therefore, around July 11, 2013: (a) around 23:19, the Defendant called “D,” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, through the Internet search site, to the “F massage treatment center” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, and sent 200,000 won to the victim G (37 years of age) who is the management department thereof, and reported the fact of sexual traffic to the police,” and (b) transferred 200,000 won to the new bank account with I’s name from July 11, 2013 to September 14, 2013; and (c) transferred 250,000 won from the victim’s 27 times in total from the victim’s list of crimes and the victim’s 250,000 won in the above manner.
2. No person who violates the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act shall carry any deadly weapon or other dangerous article which might be used for a crime without any justifiable reason;
Nevertheless, from August 1, 2013 to October 19:40, 2013, the Defendant included one knife (23 cm length, 37 cm in total length, No. 1 m.) in the front of Samsung-dong and Jeonnam-GunJ located in Samsung-gun, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and Jeonnam-gun, the Defendant placed nine knife telescopes (100 cm in total length, 100 m. 2) on the side of the driver’s seat of LK7 car operated by the Defendant, and nine knife telescopes in the straight line of the said car.
Accordingly, the defendant carried with him any deadly weapons or other dangerous objects that are likely to be used for crimes without any justifiable reason.
