A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a user who runs a construction business using 30 full-time workers as the representative director of the main city C in the window B of Changwon-si.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.

However, the Defendant did not pay the wages and retirement allowances of 12 workers within 14 days from the date of retirement, as stated in the attached list Nos. 26, 34 through 39, 47 through 51, respectively.
