1. The Defendant’s KRW 53,00,000 and its amount shall be 20% per annum from May 5, 2009 to September 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. A. Around June 2002, the Plaintiff lent KRW 53,000,00 to the Defendant.

B. The Plaintiff filed an application with the Defendant for the payment order seeking the payment of the above loan under this court’s 2009 tea1550, and this court rendered a payment order on April 29, 2009, stating that “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 53,000,000 and interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from May 5, 2009 to the date of full payment,” and the above payment order was finalized on May 19, 2009.

C. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the extension of the statute of limitations for the claim based on the above payment order.
