A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2016, at around 10:20 on August 4, 2016, the Defendant driven B Poter Cargo Vehicles from approximately 600 meters away from the front of the Daegu Bank, up to the same road on the roads in front of the Poter-dong, North-dong.
