1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty to drive CPoter II cargo vehicles.

1. On May 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven the above cargo vehicle around 23:00 on the same day; and (b) driven the three-lane road in front of the southyang city along the two-lane road, following the two-lane road, the Defendant continued the road at the speed of about 30km from the area of the new church to the area of an elementary school open from the area of the new church at the speed of 30km.
