I (Detention-gu trial on December 13, 2013) is a person who operates a loan office without any trade name on the fourth and fifth floor of H building in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and is responsible for the certification of employment of a person who has borrowed a false loan holder, the preparation of a false lease contract or the arrangement of a false loan contract. L (Detention-gu trial on December 13, 2013) is a lessee and a lessor who has been a nominal owner of a loan office in the Dongambol Station, such as M, N,O, etc., and Incheon Bupyeong-gu P building 5 and third floor, Incheon Bupyeong-gu P building 410, Incheon Bupyeong-gu Q building 410, Incheon Bupyeong-gu RR building, and Incheon Bupyeong-gu S building 401.

The Defendants of the Criminal Act, along with F, I, L, G, etc., share the above roles, and draw up a false real estate lease contract as if the nominal owner entered into a contract to move into the house owned by the leased owner in the real estate brokerage office, even though there is no real lease relationship between the loan owner and the owner of a house of 85 square meters or less who is a national housing among the loan holders.
