1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company running the business of manufacturing signboards and advertising materials, and the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business is an institution entrusted by the Administrator of the Small and Medium Business Administration with the issuance of certificates of direct production and revocation of direct production pursuant to the Act on Promotion of Purchase of Small and Medium Enterprise Products and Support for Market Development

B. The Plaintiff obtained a certification of direct production from the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business pursuant to Article 9(4) of the Act on Support for Development of Small and Medium Enterprise Products (including signs of competing products), a detailed name signboard (including railroad guidance signs), a detailed name number of 512171801. As indicated in the following table, the Plaintiff’s verification of direct production was prohibited from delivery of primary products, finished products, and, if so, from delivery of primary products, it was added that the Plaintiff’s revocation of the verification of direct production by small and medium enterprise owners and prohibition of re-applications for six months.

The issuance number No. 209-30182 is limited to a signboard (including railroad guidance signs) indoor, outdoor 512171801 on December 9, 2009 to December 8, 2011 (including railroad guidance signs) indoor, outdoor 512171801 on the notice board (including railroad guidance signs) from November 14, 201 to November 13, 201, limited to the indoor (including the indoor guidance signs) board on the product name guide (mark) name No. 2009-301, on the product name guide (mark) number No. 512181, Nov. 14, 201, limited to the indoor (mark) sign on the product name guide (mark), on the real-power printing (mark) guide (including the real-powered sign), and limited to the indoor (door) guidance sign on November 14, 2013.

C. On October 201, 201, the accounting official of the Netherlands-gun published a notice of the work of setting up a notice board in the anti-scalkical historic site, No. 2011, which is the official of the company in charge of accounting of the company, and the main contents are as follows:
