The defendant shall pay 93,140,300 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from August 25, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, evidence Nos. 3-1 through 4, the plaintiff entered into a supply contract with the defendant, and entered into a supply contract with the defendant from March 9, 2020.

4. From August 25, 2020 to the date of full payment, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 93,140,300, a total sum of KRW 93,140,300, and the amount of delayed damages calculated by adding up 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc. from August 25, 2020 to the date of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
