Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-Wood vehicle.

On April 5, 2020, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.176% of blood alcohol level on April 5, 2020, driven the said car and proceeded to turn to the left from the direction of the E market to the left from the F Middle School.

Since there is a three-distance road where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to confirm whether a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a motor vehicle to reduce speed and to prevent accidents by driving the motor vehicle safely according to the traffic signal.

Nevertheless, due to the negligence that the Defendant neglected to observe and proceed to the left-hand turn with the stop signal while neglecting it, the Defendant took the part of the victim G (Nam, 46 years old) driving in the right-hand side of the vehicle of the Defendant into the top-hand side of the vehicle of the Defendant, and took the part of the victim G (Seoul, 46 years old) driving in accordance with the straight line from the F Middle School to the D Elementary School.

Ultimately, the Defendant was driving under the influence of alcohol as above, and the Defendant suffered from the injury of the victim G, such as the need to provide approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim G due to the above occupational negligence, the injury of the victim J (W, 41 years of age), the victim J (W, who is the passenger of the said Mtz car) for about two weeks of medical treatment, and the two parts and the inside parts in need of medical treatment to the victim K (W, 45 years of age) for about two weeks of medical treatment, respectively.
