1. As to each of the plaintiffs' KRW 88,00,000 and KRW 22,00,000 respectively, the defendant shall start on February 13, 2017, and each of them shall be 22,00,000.

1. Presumed factual basis

A. The Defendant, while carrying on the construction business under the trade name of “D”, divided a lot of land of 4,811m2 in Chuncheon-si E forest land and promoted a project to create a housing complex called “F” and sell it in lots.

B. On February 11, 2017, the Plaintiffs, as married couple, concluded a sales contract with the Defendant to purchase “F” Gdong building (hereinafter “instant housing”) and the site amounting to KRW 436,350,000 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).

- The plaintiffs should complete the registration of ownership transfer at the expense of the plaintiffs immediately from the date when the defendant's registration of ownership transfer is completed.

C. The Plaintiffs were to bear half of the down payment and the first and second intermediate payment under the instant sales contract, and paid to the Defendant as indicated in the following table.

The amount of the divided payment (the original down payment) on February 20, 2017,00,000, the first intermediate payment of 24,000,000 on February 13, 2017, and the second intermediate payment of 44,000,000 on April 7, 2017, and the third intermediate payment of 44,000,000,000 on May 8, 2017, and the third intermediate payment of 20,000 on June 24, 2017, in total of 176,00,000,000,000 on February 6, 2018.

D. The Defendant did not complete the instant new housing construction work until June 2018, and the Plaintiffs were the Defendant several new housing construction works from June 2018 to October 201.
