A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months, and by imprisonment for six months, respectively.

However, from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, respectively.

Defendant

A has been working for more than six years at (ju) I (J) that has been engaged in adult telephone-making business for 060 fee-charging adult telephone.

On October 18, 2012, the "K company" is the representative of the "K company" who operates online advertising agency business from February 18, 2013, and the defendant B is working for the period of eight years from the State I.

On October 2012, 2012, the person who retired from the police officer and operated the K Company as a partnership with A, and the defendant C works as a director at (State) I.

From October 16, 2012, the representative of (ju) L who conducts advertising agency business is the representative of L.

1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A and Defendant B

A. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (production, distribution, etc. of obscene materials), as an online advertising agent, the Defendants agreed to receive 40% of the sales from customers as advertising fees when sales occur by posting the phone on the above numbers by advertising at the same time as “O” used for fee-charging adult telephone hosting from (ju)M representative N engaging in the online advertising business.

No person shall sell, lend, or distribute any child or juvenile pornography for profit, or possess, transport, openly exhibit or show it for such purpose.

On January 2013, the Defendants opened a website Q (hereinafter referred to as “ Q”) exclusive for smartphones at the (No. 502) LL office in Daegu-gu P Building 502 in order to maximize sales by actively advertising 060 adult telephones, and operated the respective roles of Defendant A to manage funds, Defendant B to operate obscene materials business, etc.

Therefore, as Q became known as a human obscene site, the Defendants advertised Q from the beginning of April 2013 to the 060 numbers by inserting them in obscene materials.

In addition, the above Q produces obscene materials by classifying them by kind on the 13 bulletin boards, such as VIP Korea, VIP Japan, and VIP U.S. as a smartphone exclusive site, and view obscene materials by real-time recycling method without membership or adult certification procedures.
