Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who works as an insurance solicitor at a hybrid insurance agency, which is located on the sixth-ro 86th of the East-si, Seocheon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City 248, Dong-dong 86.

1. On January 24, 2014, the Defendant drafted 6 copies of the written subscription for insurance contract in the name of the victim B (hereinafter referred to as “B(D), No. 1401) in the name of the bank for the transfer of inquiry insurance premium, entered “E” in the name of the bank, “B” in the name of the account holder, “B” in the name of the account holder, “B” in the account number column, and “B” in the contractor column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged six copies of the subscription form for insurance contracts in the name of private document B, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as above, used a forged private document by presenting the subscription as if it was genuine to the person in charge of foreign currency damage insurance who knew of the forgery.
