A. From September 22, 2015, the Plaintiff A's council of occupants is comprised of KRW 2,647,740,303 and its amount.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff’s representative council members’ representatives’ representatives held that the Plaintiff’s primary complex building A in Daegu-gu (hereinafter “instant building”).
3) The 994 apartment complex of the 7-dong apartment complex (hereinafter “instant apartment”).
(2) In order to manage the commercial building of this case, the Plaintiff is a local government consisting of the occupants, and at the same time a transferee of the apartment building of this case acquires the right of compensation in lieu of defect repair from the sectional owners of the apartment building of this case.
