Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 3, 2014, around 00:20 on May 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol in front of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, the Eunpyeong-gu Office Control Team and the Eunpyeong Police Station, etc.; and (b) C to E (50) the police box belonging to the Seodaemun-gu Police Station that belongs to the victim, the Defendant ran the patrol platform; and (c) the Defendant blicked the time room to “whether he does not control the drum of the closure of business.”

Accordingly, while the victim is viewed as having many persons, such as the Eunpyeong-gu Office F of the defect that he is called as the defendant's house, the victim publicly insulting the victim E by openly referring to approximately 20 minutes of sound.

2. In relation to the insulting of the Defendant at the time and place mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant interfered with legitimate execution of official duties concerning the control of the crime and the maintenance of order of police officials by pushing the Defendant on a passenger car bat which was parked in the said place after pushing the Defendant on a passenger car bat.
