Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the owner of the game room business of “G”, and Defendant C is the head of the business office of the above game room, and Defendant B, as a money exchange dealer, was recruited to exchange customers in the above game room.

Accordingly, from May 15, 2014 to May 29, 2014, Defendant A was in charge of the role of setting up 60 game machine of “Aravia 2” game machine purchased from a person who has no name in his/her name in the above game room in Gwangju North-gu H and third floors, and Defendant C was in charge of the role of providing money for exchange. Defendant C, upon residing in the above game room and requesting money exchange from customers, obtained points obtained from the customer through the game from the customer, after taking over a “point card” in which the points obtained through the game are entered, made the points stored in the “point card” through the bar bar, and then the points appear in a computer monitor, and then, Defendant B, a money exchanger, took a role of viewing the monitor screen, and Defendant B verified the points above C, deducted the remaining points from 10% of the fees, and deducted the points from 10% of the fees per cash.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to exchange the suspected result of acquiring through the use of game products for business purposes.
