Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On June 24, 2014, the Defendant operated BMW car as BM car as of 01:22, and proceeded to the left at the same route of the company bank located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, the Defendant caused the injury of the victim C(49 years old) driving the DM taxi running directly from the front side of the traffic signal apparatus installed in the front side to the front side of the road at the right side of the road at the right side of the road.
