Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Bone Star Co., Ltd.
1. On October 4, 2014, at around 01:10, the Defendant driven the said vehicle in the state of blood alcohol concentration of about 4-5 km from the Do near the Seogu Seogu Seogu, Daegu to the front road of the “D” located in the Seogu, Seogu, Daegu.
2.
