1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On December 23, 1964, the Plaintiff entered the Army and participated in the Vietnam War from August 30, 1966 to August 30, 1967, and was discharged from military service on October 7, 1967.

B. On March 2, 2016, the Plaintiff rendered an application for registration of persons who rendered distinguished services to the State to the Vietnam War on the part of the Vietnam War, and deliberated and decided on July 25, 2016 as meeting the requirements of persons who rendered distinguished services to the State.

On January 3, 2017, the plaintiff received a physical examination to determine a disability rating at the Central Veterans Hospital, and the defendant notified the plaintiff that he/she constitutes Class 7 9070 of the disability rating after deliberation and resolution by the Board of Patriots and Veterans Entitlement.

C. On November 16, 2017, the Plaintiff filed an application for a re-examination with the Defendant on the ground that the above wounds have deteriorated, and received a re-examination at the Central Veterans Hospital on January 3, 2018.
