Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 14:30 on November 28, 2016; (b) around C402 of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “C402”), while engaging in a dispute with the victim before the entrance of the victim D (the age of 39), the Defendant: (c) brought the victim to close the entrance; (d) made it difficult for the victim to write down; and (e) made the door door knife and shut down; and (e) made the head of the victim one time in drinking.
