A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person working as a swimming instructor at the “E Sports Center” located in Young-si D, and is at all aware of the victim F (n, 15 years of age), victim G (n, 24 years of age), victim H (n, 14 years of age), victim I (n, 25 years of age), and victim J (n, 21 years of age).

1. On June 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 20:20 on the front day of Lart, located in K in the Gansi-si flooded Lart, and (b) shicked the victim F, who is a child or juvenile walkinged, and shicked the victim’s chest in his/her own rear, and shicked the victim’s chest by his/her hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against a child or juvenile victim.

2. On June 2, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act by committing an indecent act on the part of the victim G, i.e., the part of the Defendant, following the victim G, who is walking at the Heung-gu M, Young-gu, G, G, and i.e., the Defendant committed an indecent act by committing an indecent act.

3. On June 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the bus stops in front of the P community service center located in Young-gu Paeung-si Paak-gu Paak-gu Paak-si on June 2, 2017; and (b) at the bus stops following the victim H, who is a child or youth, was released from the victim’s chests one time after the victim’s own fault.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against a child or juvenile victim.

4. On June 2, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the victim’s chests, following the victim I, who laid the way, at the crosswalk in front of the P Public Service Center located in Young-si Pung-si Pak-si, Gidong-si, Gidong-si, and on his own aftermath, she frighted the victim’s chests and her hand from his/her own to his/her hand.

5. On June 2, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act by committing an indecent act on the part of the victim’s chests at the crosswalk in front of the R, which is located in the Goi-gu Q, Goi-gu Q, Young-gu on the part of June 2, 2017.
