1. The Defendant terminated the consignment management contract on August 21, 2015 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

Decision without holding any pleadings (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act): The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is amended to reduce the statutory interest rate to 15% per annum, and the part of the claim for delay damages shall be partially dismissed as it enters into force on October 1, 2015.
