Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 19, 2017, the Defendant, around 09:20, called “ well-known” to the victim C, who was inside the plane in the Dong-do digital data room of Jindo-do, 122-do, Jindo-do, Incheon.

Accordingly, when the victim asked the defendant why he was dwarfed, and the defendant expressed the victim's bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, and "I do not have the same person" among many and unspecified persons and library administrators.

On the other hand, even after the Defendant continued to move in the room with the victim and the library manager, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by referring the victim “sty feasia” and “the opening” to the victim.

2. On June 19, 2017, at around 19:20, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim’s 122-do Yindo 122 from the 1st floor entrance of Jindo-do 1, Jindo-do 1, Jindo-gu, Incheon, to talk about his/her intention for perusal and guidance; (b) thereby, the Defendant repeatedly insulting the victim of the victim’s obsciation, namely, “chin flusia” and “gin flusium,” among many and unspecified persons.
