Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2016, the Defendant, at around 22:40, at around 22:40, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 203 Dong 703, the Defendant: (a) was defective in dialogue with the victim E (the 17-year old-age-old woman) who is a woman living together with no usual space; (b) the victim refused the dialogue with the Defendant under the influence of alcohol; and (c) the Defendant, “Isn't you do?”;
