On June 20, 2018, at around 13:24, the Defendant openly insultingd the victim’s “satise mental words and words,” the victim’s “satisely mental words and words,” in five places, such as D, E, F, and G, where he/she had a dispute about the use of the river site in the house of the victim C located in Gangseo-gun B.
