Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2016, around 20:25, the Defendant driven the Brocketing Pospher vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration rate (0.160%) at approximately two kilometers from the front road of the Masphere in the Eup of the Masphere-si in Seosan-si to the upper road of the Masphere-si in Seosan-si, Seosan-si to the entrance of the Masphere-si.
