Punishment of the crime

On January 11, 2017, the criminal records of the defendant in the facts charged were sentenced to imprisonment of one year and six months for fraud in this court, and the execution of the above sentence was terminated on July 10, 2018 in Seoul Southern District Court, and on May 16, 2018, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced two years of suspension of the execution of four months of imprisonment for fraud and became final and conclusive on the 24th of the same month.

No one may intermediate a third party's communications using telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator or provide such services for a third party's communications.

Nevertheless, on September 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from an unsatisfying person who reported the Internet site advertising at an unsatisfy site; and (b) consented to the proposal, and then sent his/her identification card and a written pledge to the above unsatisfy person; and (c) made the above unsatisfy person open his/her pre-paid oil trial (the telephone number C) in the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. from October 7, 2019 to October 7, 2019, the Defendant had the unsatisfy person under the name of the Defendant open the pre-paid mind of the Defendant’s name eight times in total as shown in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant provided telecommunications services provided by telecommunications business operators for another's communications.
