A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 17, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for committing a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Southern Branch of the Gwangju District Court, on October 17, 2008, and on July 8, 2010, sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for committing a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Southern Branch of the Seoul Southern Branch of the Seoul Southern District Court on November 11, 2010, and on October 30, 2012 at the Southern Branch of the Gwangju District Court on October 1, 2015, and completed the execution of the Gwangju District on October 1, 2016.
On January 12, 2016, around 00:24, the Defendant entered the “application 28, a tin-ro 28, a tin-ro, a “D” building operated by the Defendant, and opened a window without locking the victim C’s “D” building, and colored the objects to be cut back and stolen by destroying the said building, but the stolen objects do not have any so, and attempted to steal the objects by impairing the commercial buildings in the said market on five occasions, as described in paragraphs (1), (2), (4), (6), and (8) of the List of Crimes, including that of stolen objects, but was attempted to steal the objects due to the lack of stolen objects.
In addition, at around 00:40 on the same day, the victim E operation of the above market was intruded into the above building through the open door of the "F" building, and was stolen with a total of KRW 50,000,00,000, as stated in the attached Table Nos. 3, 5, and 7, and was stolen on three occasions, including the fact that it was stolen with a total of KRW 82,00,00.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually intruded a structure managed by another person at night, and subsequently stolen or attempted to steals the victims' property over eight times.
