The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. 공소사실의 요지 피고인은 2014. 10. 8. 18:50경 전주시 완산구 C 아파트 103동 1-2라인 입구 앞에서 피고인의 예전 남편을 꼬셨다는 등의 이유로 피해자와 말다툼을 벌이다가 불상의 남자와 피해자의 가족들이 듣고 있는 가운데 피해자 D(48세, 여)에게 "너 D이 네 딸년과 어디가냐, 남의 신랑 뺏어다가 니가 좋게 살겠냐, 너 이년 인생 똑바로 살아라 씨발년아, 애들 보기도 부끄럽지 않냐, 니 남편 사별하고 남의 남편 꼬여서 얼마나 잘살려고 그러냐" 라고 큰소리로 말하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

2. The judgment is a crime falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which can be prosecuted only when the victim files a complaint under Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. On January 16, 2015, after the prosecution of this case, the victim submitted an agreement to the effect that the defendant would not want the punishment of the defendant, which includes the intention to revoke the complaint against the defendant.

Therefore, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
