B on January 3, 2014, at the Incheon District Court, sentenced a summary order of KRW 500,000 to a violation of the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act, and sentenced on December 21, 2009 to a violation of the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act at the Seoul Southern District Court, 8 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended execution.

Nevertheless, Defendant B received proposals from Nonparty B in Japan to exchange Japanese currency into red bean and transported to red bean in Korea, Defendant B, the former husband of Defendant B, and Defendant B, the former husband of Defendant B, each of the roles of transporting red bean currency exchanged into red bean.

On October 24, 2015, Defendant B: (a) concealed USD 1,855,000 ($ 261,000 in excess of KRW 10,00,00) in the vicinity of the Round Station located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, 59, 26,00 ($ 261,043,30 in excess of KRW 10,00) from Defendant A; (b) Defendant A had the above bags received from Defendant B at the Incheon International Airport located in the Incheon International Airport located in 272, Jung-gu, Incheon; and (c) Defendant A carried USD 1,85,00 in the air KS603, for Hong Sea with no report thereon.
