1. The Defendants each of the KRW 20,000,000 and each of them shall be 20% per annum from October 18, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On October 26, 2010, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 100,000,000 to Defendant C, but failed to pay the said money from Defendant C, thereby filing a complaint against Defendant C in fraud, etc.
B. Thereafter, around August 22, 2013, the Defendants prepared and delivered each letter to pay each of the Plaintiff KRW 20,000,000 to the Plaintiff. However, since the Defendants did not perform their obligations under the above letter, the Plaintiff seek against the Defendants for payment of KRW 20,000,000 as well as damages for delay.
2. As to Defendant B: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act): As to Defendant C, a judgment by deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
