Purport of claim and appeal
1.
Reasons
1. The grounds cited in the judgment of the court of first instance, which the Defendants asserted in the trial while appealed, are not significantly different from the contents claimed by the Defendants in the court of first instance, and even if the evidence submitted in the court of first instance and all descriptions of the evidence No. 1 and No. 2 (including the serial number) submitted in the court of first instance are examined, the judgment of the court of first instance that rejected the Defendants’ assertion is justifiable.
Therefore, the court's explanation on the instant case is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, citing it as it is in accordance with the main text of Article 420 of the Civil
2. Thus, the plaintiff's respective claims against the defendant B and C are justified, and the claims against the defendant D are accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remaining claims are dismissed as they are without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is justified as it is so decided as per Disposition. Thus, all appeals by the defendants are dismissed as they are without merit.
