A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:05 on May 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 23:05, on the second floor of the building located in Incheon Strengthening military forces; (b) 112, from the victim E (Nam, 45 years old) who was an assistant belonging to the Reinforcement Police Station that received the report and called 112, and received the request for returning home, along with questioning about the circumstances of the instant case; and (c) 1) the victim expressed that “I are the military police investigators of Ghana, and I will have been able to help you help you do so; and (d) 23:05, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s breath by taking a breath of the victim’s breath.”

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the investigation of 112 reported case, and at the same time, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as light spawn for about two weeks of medical treatment.
