1. The Defendant’s KRW 105,137,062 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from May 7, 2013 to February 13, 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a company that operates electrical construction business, sales and supply of electrical equipment and appliances, and the Defendant is a company that operates civil engineering and construction business.
B. 1) The Plaintiff related to the construction subcontract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant for the construction work of a gas station A (hereinafter “A”) around November 2009, and around that time, the construction work of a gas station A in Gwangju Mine-gu that the Defendant contracted and supplied by the Defendant (hereinafter “A”).
(2) As to the construction work of C retail stores and storage facilities (hereinafter “C”) around April 201, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to receive a subcontract for the electrical construction of KRW 34,480,00 for the electrical construction of KRW 6,670,00 for the electrical construction of KRW 23,840,00 for the electrical construction of KRW 3,970 for the electrical construction of KRW 6,970,00 for the electrical construction of KRW 3,970 for the electrical construction of KRW 23,840 for the electrical construction of KRW 3,970 for the electrical construction of KRW 3,970 for the electrical construction of KRW 5,00 for the first time between the Defendant’s director and B, who called the Defendant’s director and the Director at the site of the said construction of the said construction of Korea (hereinafter “C”). In relation to the foregoing, between B and the Defendant’s director and the Defendant’s director at the site director of the said construction, the Plaintiff’s total of KRW 80,623,624 (i.e., electricity, telecommunication, telecommunication, and telecommunication, and telecommunication, related to the replacement and repair-related electricity, telecommunications, 53,242,08 Education Center’s additional construction, telecommunication, and telecommunication, related to the construction of the Private Sector of KRW 2,214,879.
