1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall establish a massage treatment establishment without being accredited as a inseminator.

Nevertheless, from June 2019 to August 3, 2019, the Defendant prepared four marina rooms in Daegu Seo-gu B and 3’s “C”, and had female employees find such rooms, and made female employees feel 3 to 40,000 won per hour by putting off or enjoying a part of a telegraph by using a hand floor against many unspecified customers.

As a result, the Defendant established a massage place without obtaining the recognition of a massage operator.
