If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 18, 2017, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million as a crime of violating road traffic law (drinking driving) at the Gunsan Branch of the Jeonju District Court.

Criminal facts

On October 21, 2020, the Defendant driven a FK5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.115% in the section of approximately 50 meters from the front of the road located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do to the front of the road located in D at the same time.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking alcohol driving more than twice.
