On September 29, 2014, at around 08:54, the Defendant, at the office of “C” in the operation of the Defendant located in the Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City, insultingly insulting the victim for about 40 minutes, i.e., “a son, fluor, fluor, fluor, fluor, fluor, fluor, fluor, fluor, etc., who is the spouse of the Defendant, and his/her employees.”
