Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.278% during blood transfusion around 22:44, driven B rocketing car from the front road of the “BS Ulsan Broadcasting Station” located in Ulsan-dong 1478-9, Ulsan-gu, 1478-9, to the front road of the “KBS U.S. Broadcasting Station” located in the same month 416-7 of the same month.
