Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 15, 2015, at around 22:20, the Defendant assaulted the victim by opening the door of the said vehicle and raising the victim out of the vehicle by spreading benz car in front of the C cafeteria located in the Daegu Northern-gu B, Daegu-gu, with the view to the Defendant’s walking the border of the vehicle.
