Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 17, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 4 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the Western District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court on April 17, 2009, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 25, 2009. On August 27, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny and for 7 months and for 4 months for imprisonment with prison labor, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 4, 2010.
