1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,839,613 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from December 19, 2019 to the date of full payment.

The fact that the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with iron plates, etc. from February 2, 2019 to August 2019 that the Plaintiff was not paid KRW 23,839,613 of the price is not a dispute between the parties.

Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above 23,839,613 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from December 19, 2019 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the payment order of this case.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
