Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 5, 2008, the defendant was issued a summary order of 1.5 million won by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Busan District Court's branch court's order on December 5, 2008, and on June 7, 201, a fine of 2.5 million won by a fine by a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court's Busan District Court's order on June 7, 201 and violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act
