A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Grandk's car.
1. On November 9, 2014, at around 08:50, the Defendant driven the above vehicle and driven the four-lane road in front of the Sariririri-dong in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, toward the right side of the Sariri-riririririri-ri distance, and led to a right-hand way.

Ultimately, due to the above occupational negligence, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc., which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
2. On March 8, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on June 28, 2007, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the same court.
