1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On January 26, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for support services for cancer treatment (hereinafter “instant contract”) with C, an extracter of four cancer, as specified below (4).
C (hereinafter referred to as “A”) and the Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as “B”) conclude all the supporting services provided to A in connection with the Japanese cancer treatment that A wishes to receive in Japan as follows:

2. Services provided to Gap are not directly medical practice and all kinds of services necessary for medical treatment, i.e., treatment scheduleing, air reservation, accommodation reservation, meal provision, medical interpretation and provision of codines, guidance on the process of pre-inspection and all kinds of tests, confirmation of the arrival of treatment target, etc.
Article 5 (Amount of Service Costs and Payment Method) (1) The amount to be paid for the basic service provided to A by this Agreement shall be KRW 90,000,000.
② A shall pay the amount under the above paragraph (1) in installments to B as follows: (A) After the in-depth diagnosis and in-depth diagnosis in Japan, 1:1 in-depth diagnosis, the first diagnosis in-depth examination, and the first diagnosis with the Japanese medical specialist, the remainder of 50,000,000 won for the purpose of the “in-depth cancer treatment (EHHital)” in Japan, which was decided by Party A’s consent, shall not be treated after the completion of the precise diagnosis and the first diagnosis in the Japanese “Dchloro” and “EHospal,” and the first diagnosis becomes final and conclusive.
