A. The plaintiff main Construction Co., Ltd. in KRW 198,079,521 and KRW 101,00,000 among them.

1. Basic facts

A. On January 2013, the Administrator of the Public Procurement Service under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Korea issued a public tender notice for construction works with regard to the construction works to be newly built at the Dacheon-gun Office of Education under the jurisdiction of the Defendant Chungcheongbuk-do as an end-user institution. On the other hand, the public tender notice was made regarding the construction works to be newly built at the Docheon-do Do 105 Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do

B. Plaintiff In the form of a joint supply and demand (51% of the Plaintiff’s main construction, 49% of the construction, and the representative company was selected as the successful bidder for the instant construction project by organizing a joint supply and demand organization (the share of investment, 51% of the Plaintiff’s main construction, 49% of the construction, and 59% of the representative company) in the form of a joint performance.

C. On February 26, 2013, the Plaintiffs entered into the following contract regarding the instant construction project (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Administrator of the Public Procurement Service of Chungcheongbuk-do as an end-user institution.

Contract amount: Additional note for total construction cost of KRW 17,56,49,000: From February 28, 2013 to April 3, 2014 (400 days from the commencement date)

D. The instant contract was modified five times after its initial conclusion as follows.
