Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative of Do retail C, such as medical appliances and beauty art appliances.

1. Any person who intends to import sealed goods shall report the name, standard, quantity, etc. of the relevant goods to the head of a customs office, and shall not import the relevant imported goods after filing a declaration thereon with another goods;

Nevertheless, on October 26, 2015, the Defendant filed an import declaration with the head of the Incheon Customs Office on 100 import declaration number of the parts of the text-based equipment (D) on the Incheon Customs Office, and filed a false report on the name of the above goods as “Part Mach Form,” and “Elecrecrecrus” with the same day, and imported the model by being accepted on the same day. In the same way, the Defendant imported the goods as other goods by importing the name of the above goods from the same method, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form, from October 26, 2015 to April 15, 2016.

2. No person who evades customs duties shall file a false declaration on the dutiable value, etc. in order to affect the determination of the amount of customs duties upon filing an import declaration;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on November 3, 2015, filed an import declaration with the head of Incheon Customs Office on the 53kg "Eff Color of the door-to-face Color" imported from the company "Kolorte Co., Ltd" in China on November 3, 2015 with the head of Incheon Customs Office, and reported the actual price of the above goods to US$ 1,979.90, but received the same date and received the payment of US$ 318,000, and subsequently evaded customs duties of KRW 152,166 for the difference of KRW 1,902,07 in the same day. In addition, the Defendant filed an import declaration with the head of Incheon Customs Office on November 3, 2015 through February 15, 2016, reported the difference of customs duties of KRW 174km and reported the difference of customs duties of KRW 154,584,570 on the combined amount of customs duties of KRW 154,5705.7
